Hi, we’re Sienna and Dani Tamati, and we’re passionate about empowering women in the mining and resources industry. Dani has been a true leader in this space. As the founder and Director of THE resources HUB™ & Resourceful Women™, a past President of the WA Mining Club, and a long-time board member of the CoRE Learning Foundation, she has always championed more opportunities for women to thrive in mining and resources. Her dedication has inspired countless women to pursue careers they may not have thought possible.

 

I (Sienna) have been fortunate to learn from her every day—not just about business, but about leading with purpose, integrity, and passion. Her commitment has shaped my own mission through Resourceful Women™: to lift women up, break down barriers, and show that no matter your background or experience, there’s a place for you in mining and blue-collar careers.

 

Through Resourceful Women™, we’ve seen firsthand how strong, capable, and determined women are in this industry. We’re here to celebrate those achievements, provide support, and inspire the next generation of women to step into roles where they can make a real impact.
